Hi George!

I know this is not a new article but It's still amazingly relevant.

Most of this article is about ceding power. I'm left wondering about the designer role in a situation where power has to be negotiated, where the designer is not the one with the power but, in a way, subservient to the powerful (like it is the case with most corporate work).

How can a designer help other people give away their power? I feel it's the designer's responsibility to balance the power dynamics but the issue is often taboo but it’s still an important part of any design work that involves a Human centered approach.
